'Faces by the Cross'
'Faces by the Cross' is a series of role-playing performances portraying different characters in the Lent and Easter story. The performances are intended to humanize and personalize the story of the Passion of Christ and the Resurrection, according to Pastor Detterline. “Our goal is to bring these characters to life in a way that’s both entertaining and relatable, both for our congregation and for people in the community seeking to reconnect with their faith. We want to give people the opportunity to experience what it was like to be there and to witness these events.”
BECOME A PART OF OUR FAMILY

Saint Peter United Church of Christ is a "Welcoming and Affirming Congregation"
of searching believers, striving to be a sensitive and safe place
for all to discern the wondrous Mind of Christ.

We don't just think of ourselves as congregants, we are a family.
Enjoy your fellowship here!

Pastor Peter Detterline is currently serving Saint Peter United Church of Christ.
The Reverend Jean DeLong Custer resigned in February 2020 due to a serious illness
and passed away on March 13. We offer our heartfelt condolences to her family.
We share in mourning their loss, and she remains ever close to our hearts.
